Being a beginner in the gym or at home, there are many ways to stay organized while working out and creating fitness plans. Some people feel comfortable wrtiing them down in a journal or notebook. Or, with the technology we have nowadays, we can you or electronic devices (i.e., phones, tablets, laptops etc...). It is all about what works for you that you can achieve your fitness success. Staying organized and motivated during your workout routine is important and there are so many FREE apps available to you. Some apps, maybe not just limited to this site, will keep track of your diet and workout as well as provide routines for you. Each of them provide various experiences, so you have to find what works for you and your plan. For the ones provided below they are free for basic plans it appears, but some may offer extra options or so-called "in-app purchases". Again, what works for you may not work for the next person.
Upon doing some research, I chose 5 FREE TOP HIGHLY RATED EXERCIESE/WORKOUT APPS THAT YOU CAN DOWNLOAD AND USE. These are in no special order and are free to download. In the next blog, I will create one for fitness such as running apps. The links are click through directly to each site. These are merely informational for you to use or choose not to use. But it will get you on the right track as to what your looking for. I know from my experiences I use Apple and it has been great. Everybody has their own preference so I wanted to include both options for your fitness needs and success.

JEFIT is another free highly rated workout app that is a great all in one strength training tracker. It will track your reps and sets as well has rest time in between sets. Furthermore, it will evaluate your progress.

The Pro Gym Workout Trainer is another highly rate free app designed to cover workouts for all the body parts. There are offline exercise videos to help get the routines right, so you can keep the correct form. It is designed for home or gym based workouts.

You have to test some out and see what works best for you. Again, everybody has different needs when it comes to THEIR OWN fitness plan and journey.
