Why Setting Weightlifting Goals Can Prevent Failure Every Time

Are you too skinny?

Are you having trouble losing weight and gaining muscle?

DO YOU WANT ACCESS TO A BEGINNER'S GUIDE TO WEIGHTLIFTING SUCCESS?


If you are person beginning to lift weights or training your body to develop muscle, strength and overall fitness success including a proper diet, you in the right place.  Being a beginner can be hard and disappointing if your doing it naturally.  The natural process may take a little longer, but your health and muscle gains will be there to stay, not to mention the serious side effects of illegal enhancers.  I want you to be and stay motivated so that YOU WILL achieve your goals.  However, you  need to stick with it and not give up.  The process is hard on you, but the process aside from the work is simple, but you need to put the effort in every aspect.  For example:  Your planning, The Routine/Gym and your Diet.      

Difficulties are natural for a skinny or heavy person to achieve goals, I GET IT.  BUT don't let that discourage you.  I am 41 years old and began lifting weights when I was about 16 years old.  I was very skinny and a hard-gainer or otherwise known as an "ectomorph".  I tried everything and wasted a lot of money on supplements that did nothing for me.  It is a process that requires dedication and it will come down to...HOW BAD YOU WANT IT?  Over the years, I was able to put on muscle and size, but as I stated it took some time.  If probably would've came quicker if I knew the things I will cover in my upcoming or other blog posts posted.  Not only is lifting the iron healthy for your muscles, it is healthy for your mind and self-esteem.  Look at famous bodybuilders that have worked out their whole life.  At elderly ages, you wouldn't even know they were the age they were compared to somebody that didn't strength train.     

Even though this is the first blog post here, I cannot cover everything in this one post.  On my site, I will cover keep it to a lot of basics for beginners, exercise programs with links to demonstrations, routines, diet and what has worked for me; so check back regularly.  Additionally, I will include apps for your smart devices that will ensure your planning and organization are on point.  Not every article or blog site on the internet is the end all be all.  Remember, everybody is made up and respond differently to different stimuli and dietary needs.  You have to experiment with what works for you and how your body responds.  I hope my experiences, knowledge in this area, my failures, plans and routines will work for you.  Each blog post I will post a video from YouTube that is motivational in nature.  I want you to be on fire to workout out and achieve your goals and fitness success.
